New Design, New Hair, New Feeling

Yay!

It seems as if every few months I redo my blog. Well, I'm always trying to improve my blog and make it better, and I think I just may have hit gold with my design this time!

With the referral of a blogger friend of mine in the Her Campus Blogger Network that I'm a part of, I found Nicole Rose Designs. As you can see, my blog has been completely redone with her help. I'm still trying to tweak a couple small things, but the basis of my blog redesign is done. Doesn't it look beautiful?

If you need Rose to design your website or blog, I would definitely recommend her. The best part? She does designs for FREE. I know, it's a word you almost never hear nowadays.

Of course, she does accept donations, but she does amazing work and I will definitely keep coming back to her for blog designs! Don't believe me? So yup, I redesigned my blog to be a little brighter and so that it can look cleaner. I hope it looks that way!

Anyway, so as you can probably guess from all my social networks and the pictures above, I cut my hair! Last Friday on Good Friday, I took the plunge and cut off all my hair! Here's the before and after picture that I posted on my Instagram last week:

It doesn't look like it, but I cut close to 15 inches of hair. I cut off 13 to donate to Locks of Love (something I've wanted to do since I was a kid), then my friend Thallia, who cut my hair, cut off about another two inches to style it to the length it is now.

After cutting my hair, I feel so much happier and confident. Not that I wasn't confident before, but I feel like since I can rock this haircut, I can probably rock anything if I really wanted to. I just have that boost of energy from cutting off all of my hair. It's almost the end of the school year and the rest of this year will be filled with unknowns and other things that I'm not really used to.

This hair cut is a little representative of the changes that are going to be happening with this blog and in my life. It feels pretty awesome, to be honest.

This isn't the first time that I've cut my hair, but this is definitely the shortest that it's ever been. But I'm really lovin' it. I can't wait for everything that is going to be coming in the future for this blog, and I hope you stay tuned.
